Investigative Services
Working to exacting professional standards, we provide both independent and collaborative investigative services across a wide range of subject areas.
Our consultancy is staffed by fully vetted, retired senior police officers with extensive experience in organisational review, and both overt and covert investigations. This enables us to deploy scalable, specialist teams to deliver end-to-end investigations - open or confidential - into matters including disciplinary and misconduct issues, discrimination, safeguarding, grievances, and broader workplace or staff-related concerns.
We also support clients through the review, development, and implementation of policies and equality impact assessments.
Change Management
Buckingham Solutions provides proactive guidance to help organisations align their people with strategic aims, objectives, and values. Our services include programme and project management delivery, support with ethical and effective decision-making, risk identification and mitigation, independent staff surveys, targeted training programmes, and the development of robust coaching and mentoring frameworks.
Strategic & Operational Support
Buckingham Solutions has decades of experience in the drafting and creation of organisational strategy, the establishment of tactical options and delivery of operational outcomes. This experience has been developed predominantly within high threat, people and task-based organisations, whilst more latterly transferred to the corporate setting to enhance strategic focus and operational grip.
